General conclusion:
- Russian reconnaissance and sabotage activities on the border in Sumy Oblast have decreased but have not ceased.
- On the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops are experiencing significant losses and exhausting their limited reserves, using various tactics and attacking with artillery-supported assault groups of varying sizes. The enemy is supplying reinforcements and ammunition, conducting artillery fire from Russian territory rather than from the northern part of Kharkiv Oblast.
- The enemy’s “Tsentr (Center)” Operational Grouping is attempting to encircle Ukrainian units northwest of Avdiivka.
- The enemy’s advance southward along the T0511highway between Ocheretyne and Myrnohrad and the nearby railway may aim to create conditions to encircle Ukrainian units currently defending east of the Hrodivka–Novohrodivka–Selydove line.
- Russian troops could relatively quickly advance toward Hrodivka and southwest along the railway towards Novohrodivka and Selydove.
- A simultaneous offensive west of the Karlivka reservoir from Yasnobrodivka and Karlivka would allow Russian forces to encircle Ukrainian troops east of the Hrodivka–Novohrodivka–Selydove line.
- The enemy’s advance towards Hrodivka–Novohrodivka–Selydove could force “Tavria” OSG to gradually retreat from positions on the eastern bank of the Vovcha River and the Karlivka reservoir.
- The enemy finds it difficult to maintain the current pace of advance while attempting to push west of the Vovcha River and the Karlivka reservoir.
Change in the line of contact (LoC):
- There were 128 combat engagements on various fronts.
- On the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces no longer hold positions on the left bank of the Vovcha River within Vovchansk. The enemy controls only the western part of the Aggregate Plant in central Vovchansk, although they continued their offensive near Hlyboke, Vovchansk, Tykhe, and Starytsya.
- Ukrainian Defense Forces counterattacked within Vovchansk and near Hlyboke.
- On the Kupyansk direction, Russian forces unsuccessfully attacked in the area of Synkivka, Novoosynove, and Novoserhiivka.
- On the Lyman direction, Russian forces attacked near Makiivka, Nevske, Novosadove, Terny, and Torske, with Ukrainian Defense Forces counterattacking near the latter.
- Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out an ATACMS missile strike on the concentration site of the 228th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 90th Tank Division at a training ground, where units were preparing to be deployed to Ocheretyne.
- On the Siversk Direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces regained lost positions in the western part of Ivano-Dariivka.
- Russian forces continued their offensive near Verkhnyokamianske, Spirne, and Ivano-Dariivka.
- On the Kramatorsk direction, units of the 98th Airborne Division advanced in the eastern part of Chasiv Yar, reaching the outskirts of the “Zhovtnevyi” neighborhood and the northern part of the “Novyi” neighborhood. Russian forces repelled Ukrainian counterattacks west of Klishchiivka, continued capturing heights in this area, and pursued offensive actions near Chasiv Yar, Vasyukivka, Hryhorivka, Kalynivka, Ivanivske, Andriivka, and Klishchiivka.
- On the Toretsk direction, Russian forces advanced in the northern part of Zalizne and Pivnichne, attacking near Toretsk, Pivnichne, Zalizne, and New York.
- On the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces advanced closer to the northeastern outskirts of Zhelanne along the railway in this area and captured the rest of Novoselivka Persha, advanced towards Ivanivka, the eastern outskirts of Vesele, entered Vesele between Novoselivka Persha and Umanske after Ukrainian defense units withdrew from this area, advanced to the Karlivka Reservoir near Yasnobrodivka, and continued their offensive near Kalynove, Vozdvyzhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Zelene Pole, Tymofiivka, Serhiivka, Vesele, Zhelanne, Novoselivka Persha, and Yasnobrodivka.
- On the Kurakhove direction, Russian forces advanced within the southwestern part of Krasnohorivka, capturing most of the city, continued advancing northwest of Krasnohorivka and the forest belts southeast of Vodyane, and attacked in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Paraskoviivka.
- Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding positions in semi-urban and rural areas on the northwestern outskirts of Krasnohorivka.
- On the Vremivka direction, positional battles continued towards Rozdolne.
- On the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces advanced north of Robotyne, controlling the entire village, and advanced near Mala Tokmachka. Positional battles continued near Hulyaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Verbove, and near Novoandriivka.

Changes in the enemy disposition:
- The 27th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 1st Tank Army is engaged in combat operations on the Kupiansk direction.
Possible operation situation developments:
- The enemy will attempt to advance along both banks of the Lypets River from the village of Lukyantsi towards Lyptsi to regain control over its northeastern outskirts. These actions may be accompanied by an enemy attempt to break through towards the Travyanske Reservoir, thereby cutting off the “Kharkiv” OTG units currently fighting for Hlyboke from the village of Lyptsi.
- On the Kupyansk direction, in the operational zone of the 1st Tank Army, command of the enemy’s “Zapad (West)” Operational Grouping will attempt to reach the Oskil River in the Hlushkivka – Zahryzove sector, the Petropavlivka – Kurylivka line, and storm Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi railway junction. To bind the “Khortytsia” OSG forces, the enemy will exert frontal pressure on their positions in the Stepova Novoselivka area.
- The enemy’s “Yug (South)” Operational Grouping is avoiding a frontal assault on Chasiv Yar over the Siversky Donets-Donbas canal and attempts to advance through Kalynivka to bypass the city of Chasiv Yar from the north, break through Ridkodubya into the railway station area, and force the forward units of the “Khortytsia” OSG to retreat from the “Novyi” and “Zhovtnevyi” neighborhoods.
